Choir Practice is dedicated to all the Sheepdog’s past, present and future who sometimes need a little decompression time after a shift of warding off the wolves. Thank you for your service.
Choir Practice is a hazy cider with a champagne like dryness and a crisp apple finish that is sure to please the palette. Choir Practice is hand crafted with the finest quality ingredients.
Pineapple Shubbie
Real Pineapple added to an off dry hard apple cider that maintains its apple flavor with the aroma and mild flavor of pineapple. Not overly sweet like other flavored Hard Ciders.
Pineapple Shubbie is definitely not posing as a pineapple cider. One sip of this and you will be hooked! Surf’s up Dudes!
Bada Bing
This cider is a unique gem! We blended Borello Family Farms fresh picked Bing Cherries grown locally in Morgan Hill and combined them with our unfiltered hard apple cider to create this subtle very fresh cherry infused cider. It has a beautiful red color and tastes heavenly.
American Pie
Our newest permant flavor might not get you to third base, but this tastes ”like Cold Apple Pie!" Blended with a variety of pie spices, this semi-sweet cider is a new favorite. This is the sweetest cider we make but still offers a subtle hint of sweet while maintaining the dryness we enjoy.
